What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify opportunities for improving the Merchant Live Order Experience — you will run experiments to test new strategies and scale successful initiatives across the platform. You will work closely with product and analytics teams to develop new solutions that enhance merchant operations and profitability.
You will visit merchants and engage with dashers to gather qualitative insights that complement your data analysis — this hands-on approach will help you understand the nuances of the delivery experience and inform your strategic decisions. You will also be involved in developing incentive models and optimizing menu structures to drive better quality outcomes.
