Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales enablement or training, with experience in developing and executing programs that enhance sales team productivity. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is exceptional, allowing you to align sales strategies with organizational goals effectively. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all training initiatives are delivered with high accuracy and dependability. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to fostering continuous learning among sales representatives.

Desirable

Experience in the SMB sector is a plus, as is familiarity with sales tools and methodologies that drive performance. You are comfortable leveraging data to inform training decisions and can adapt programs based on feedback and results. A background in sales strategy or operations will enhance your ability to contribute to the team's success.

What you'll do

As a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist at DoorDash, you will own the design and delivery of onboarding programs tailored for the SMB Rx Success organization. Your role will involve refining existing training materials and developing new content that equips sales reps with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel from day one. You will implement an 'always-on' training approach, ensuring that learning is continuous and aligned with the evolving needs of the sales team. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to create enablement programs that drive sales performance and contribute to DoorDash's overall success.

You will manage core workstreams end-to-end, operating with minimal oversight while ensuring strong cross-functional alignment. Your responsibilities will include assessing training needs, developing training content, and delivering engaging training sessions. You will also track the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales teams, helping them achieve their goals and contribute to the company's growth.
