Who you are
You have a strong background in sales enablement, with at least 5 years of experience in optimizing sales processes and systems. You understand the importance of aligning sales strategies with organizational goals and have a proven track record of enhancing sales productivity through effective enablement programs. Your expertise includes working with sales technologies such as Salesforce and Gong, and you are adept at maintaining accurate documentation and supporting system rollouts. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and improve workflows.
You are detail-oriented and execution-focused, with a knack for identifying friction points within sales systems and translating them into actionable training and best-practice guidance. You enjoy collecting feedback from frontline teams and have the ability to communicate technical requirements effectively to both technical partners and sales teams. Your passion for enabling teams to work smarter and faster drives your commitment to continuous improvement in sales processes.
Desirable
Experience with additional sales technologies or CRM systems is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies can enhance your ability to drive insights and improvements in sales performance. A background in project management or operations can also be beneficial as you navigate the complexities of sales enablement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the end-to-end systems ecosystem for DoorDash's In-Store line of business. Your primary focus will be on optimizing workflows and ensuring that both pre-sales and post-sales teams effectively adopt the tools they rely on. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to design and deliver critical enablement programs that align with capital OKRs and drive overall business success.
You will act as a connector between In-Store frontline teams and technical partners, collecting feedback and identifying areas for improvement. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate documentation, supporting system rollouts, and enabling teams to adopt new tools and processes seamlessly. You will play a critical role in ensuring that the In-Store teams can work more efficiently and consistently through the effective use of sales systems.
