Who you are

You have 2-3 years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or Account Management — you've successfully managed projects that involve onboarding and supporting clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the process. Your strong project management and organizational skills allow you to handle multiple merchant implementations simultaneously, from onboarding to post-launch support.

You are familiar with POS systems, Open APIs, and SFTP integrations — you understand how these technologies work and can effectively communicate their benefits to merchants. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is key to your success, as you engage directly with merchants throughout their journey with DoorDash.

What you'll do

As a Senior Implementation Associate, you will tackle the challenge of organizing thousands of unique items with limited existing data — your role will involve managing the full merchant journey from late-stage sales through onboarding, implementation, and post-launch support. You will own the end-to-end merchant experience, ensuring a smooth setup and optimized platform presence.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish critical relationships between DoorDash and the merchants — your project management skills will be essential as you coordinate efforts to ensure operational efficiency. You will engage directly with merchants, providing them with the support they need to succeed on the platform.
