You have a strong background in project management and problem-solving, with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across both technical and non-technical counterparts. Your experience in fintech, SaaS, or infrastructure products has equipped you with the skills necessary to navigate the unique challenges of the mortgage industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are second nature to you, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and internal teams alike. You are energized by the challenge of integrating new technologies and processes, and you thrive in cross-functional environments where collaboration is key.
What you'll do
As a Senior Implementation Manager at Pylon, you will lead client onboarding from initial integration conversations through to post-launch success. You will work directly with fintechs, brokers, and lenders to embed Pylon's API-first infrastructure into their product flows. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and account managers to ensure clients go live quickly and effectively. You will also bring structured thinking to our onboarding and support processes, helping to create repeatable systems that scale as we grow. Your ability to understand developer workflows and APIs will be crucial in guiding clients through the integration process, ensuring they achieve long-term success with our solutions.
