Klaviyo is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead the implementation phase for enterprise customers. You'll manage enterprise-level projects and ensure high customer satisfaction. This role requires a proven record in project management and product implementation.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a highly motivated professional with a proven record of proactively managing enterprise-level projects — you've successfully implemented products for large and complex customer accounts, delivering on schedule and yielding high customer satisfaction. You understand the importance of exceptional guidance and executing effectively on key launch tasks, demonstrating deep product expertise. Your experience allows you to consistently exceed customer expectations, making you a critical part of our customers' success.
You engage early in the presales process, shaping delivery strategy and crafting Statements of Work (SOWs) — you are adept at ensuring that every engagement is scoped for success and aligned with customer outcomes. As a project owner, you are the first point of contact with new Klaviyo customers, working closely with them to understand their key marketing goals and how to achieve them.
Desirable
Experience in a similar role within the marketing technology space is a plus, as is familiarity with customer relationship management tools. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your expertise to guide clients through complex implementations, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the implementation phase for enterprise customers, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing timelines, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining clear communication with clients to ensure their needs are met. Your ability to understand customer goals will be crucial in crafting tailored solutions that drive success.

You will be responsible for crafting and presenting Statements of Work (SOWs) that clearly outline project objectives and deliverables.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that all implementations are executed to the highest standards, ultimately leading to high customer satisfaction and retention.
