What you'll do
In this role, you will own the day-to-day execution of flight tests, ensuring operational readiness across various test sites. You will lead and mentor a team of Flight Test Operators, setting the standard for safety and execution quality. Your responsibilities will include building and executing structured test plans in partnership with engineering teams, ensuring that all testing adheres to regulatory and internal safety compliance standards.
You will coordinate execution across multiple teams, translating engineering test requests into structured execution plans and test cards. Your role will also involve driving continuous improvement across operational workflows, applying structured testing disciplines and feedback loops to support the commercialization of drone delivery technologies. You will be responsible for troubleshooting operational and technical issues in the field, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
