Twilio is hiring a Presales Engineer to deliver technical wins and product fit for customers across the EMEA region. You'll work closely with account executives and partners to strategize during the pre-sales process. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to build executive relationships.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a highly technical individual with a knack for building executive relationships. You thrive in environments where you can showcase engaging communication experiences to decision-makers and sketch out technical flows on a whiteboard. Your ability to deliver technical wins is complemented by your understanding of customer needs and product fit.

You have experience working alongside account executives and solutions engineers, collaborating effectively to strategize and plan for successful pre-sales engagements. Your communication skills allow you to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner, making you a trusted advisor to clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with Twilio's New Business Account Executives and other Solutions Engineers to navigate the pre-sales process. You will strategize and plan for customer engagements, ensuring that technical solutions align with client needs. Your responsibilities will include delivering presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical guidance to potential customers.

You will also collaborate with Professional Services and Twilio Partners to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation. Your role will be crucial in establishing Twilio's credibility and showcasing the value of our solutions to clients across the EMEA region.
