What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Fresha, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with beauty and wellness businesses using the Fresha platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them leverage the platform's features to enhance their operations and drive revenue. Your role will involve regular communication with clients, providing support and guidance to ensure they are getting the most out of the Fresha ecosystem.

You will also be accountable for driving monetization efforts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and features. Collaborating with the Account Manager Team Lead, you will contribute to the development of strategies that enhance client engagement and satisfaction. Your ability to analyze client feedback and market trends will be crucial in shaping the direction of your accounts and ensuring that Fresha remains a leader in the beauty and wellness marketplace.
