What you'll do

You will work closely with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical challenges that arise during critical operations. Your proactive approach will help ensure that the platform operates smoothly and efficiently, providing a seamless experience for partners and clients.

You will monitor system performance and implement optimizations that align with global operational strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that all systems are compliant with regulatory standards while maintaining high levels of performance. You will also participate in incident management and response, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
