Who you are

You are a motivated individual eager to learn about video content design and production workflows. As a CX Video Content Design Intern, you have a keen interest in creating educational content that is engaging and informative. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a basic understanding of video editing tools and techniques. You are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a global audience and improve the clarity and organization of video tutorials.

You have experience with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and are familiar with creating screen recordings or instructional videos using tools like Loom. Your organizational skills enable you to assist in scripting, editing, and preparing learning assets for multiple platforms. You are open to feedback and eager to learn how to enhance video content for better engagement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the creation, updating, and publishing of educational video and multimedia content. You will assist with scripting and editing video tutorials, ensuring that the content is accurate and easy to navigate. You will learn about the production workflows at Dropbox and gain hands-on experience in video editing and project coordination. Your contributions will help maintain a comprehensive video library that serves customers effectively.

You will collaborate with content designers and multimedia partners to organize and publish learning content across Dropbox’s education platforms. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills in visual storytelling and project management while working in a Virtual First culture. You will also have the chance to attend the Emerging Talent Summit, connecting with other interns and early-career professionals to build your network and explore learning opportunities.

What we offer

As a Summer intern at Dropbox, you will receive a competitive compensation package ranging from $5,000 to $5,500 USD for the duration of the internship. You will have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, allowing you to balance your internship with other commitments.
