What you'll do
In this role, you will partner on analytics initiatives aimed at improving the effectiveness and quality of hiring across Dropbox. You will monitor and analyze core Talent Acquisition metrics, proactively identifying trends and uncovering the reasons behind changes in performance. Your insights will help shape the company's recruiting strategy and enhance the candidate experience.
You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, People Partners, and business leaders to analyze hiring data and surface insights that influence workforce planning. Your ability to work across both quantitative and qualitative data will be crucial in understanding what drives successful hiring outcomes. You will also be responsible for leading requirements gathering sessions and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment on analytics initiatives.
What we offer
Dropbox offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of CAD 104,600 to CAD 141,500.
