You thrive in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
You possess additional technical skills in tools like Tableau, R, and Python, which enhance your ability to monitor and analyze core Talent Acquisition metrics. Your executive presence and verbal presentation skills allow you to effectively share insights with leadership and influence hiring strategies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, multifaceted, and often ambiguous environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to supporting teammates and shared goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner on analytics initiatives to understand and improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of hiring across Dropbox. You will monitor and analyze core Talent Acquisition metrics, proactively identifying trends and uncovering the "what" and "why" behind changes in performance. Your insights will help shape how Dropbox identifies, attracts, develops, and retains top talent. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, People Partners, and business leaders to analyze hiring data and surface insights that influence recruiting strategies and candidate experiences.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, leading requirements gathering sessions, and ensuring that analytics initiatives align with business objectives. Your ability to think critically about the business will enable you to identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and equity in hiring. You will also contribute to the development of dashboards and reports that communicate hiring performance and trends to stakeholders.
