What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing the data infrastructure that powers recruiting analytics at Anthropic. You will refactor and optimize existing BigQuery tables to create a scalable data foundation that supports traditional BI tools and enables AI-driven insights across the company. You will design scalable data architectures and build dimensional models that facilitate effective data analysis and reporting.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the data infrastructure meets the needs of various stakeholders, including HR and management. Your work will directly impact how the company attracts, develops, and retains talent, making your contributions vital to the organization's mission of creating reliable and beneficial AI systems. You will also have the opportunity to experiment with new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve the analytics process.
