You possess strong technical fluency in AI/ML systems, allowing you to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your passion for the future of work drives you to create innovative solutions that help users focus on what matters most. You are adept at navigating ambiguous opportunities and turning them into clear, scalable product strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Desirable

Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and familiarity with privacy and ethical considerations in AI product development are highly valued. You have a keen interest in exploring new interaction models and pushing the boundaries of AI capabilities in productivity tools.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Dash’s surfaces and Start Page, driving alignment across various functions. You will translate ambiguous problems and AI opportunities into clear strategies, experiments, and roadmaps that enhance user experiences. Partnering closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams, you will ship innovative, AI-powered features at scale. Your responsibilities will include defining the vision for Dash’s most visible surfaces, reimagining the Start Page as a daily hub for focus and flow, and evolving mobile experiences into intelligent companions for deep work. You will lead the strategy and execution of these initiatives, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals. Your role will also involve collaborating with the Dropbox AI/ML and Platform teams to ensure scalability and effectiveness in product development.
