You have a proven track record in product marketing, particularly with AI-powered or platform products — your experience includes defining go-to-market strategies and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with customers. You thrive in high-ambiguity environments and are comfortable leading teams through the challenges of bringing innovative products to market. Your ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth and Lifecycle Marketing, sets you apart as a strategic leader.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to translate complex product features into clear value propositions — your insights are grounded in customer feedback and market trends, ensuring that your marketing strategies are both relevant and impactful. You have experience in building scalable systems within multi-product organizations, which enables you to effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and evolve the end-to-end narrative for Dash, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with customer insights and business strategy. You will lead a team of senior product marketing managers, guiding them in developing positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value of AI-powered experiences. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Product, Design, and Sales teams to ensure consistent storytelling across all launches and lifecycle moments.
You will also be responsible for influencing roadmap priorities and driving customer adoption and revenue growth through both product-led and sales-assisted motions. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing a rigorous marketing framework that sets the standard across Dropbox's growing portfolio of products. You will leverage your creative freedom to craft compelling stories that resonate with target audiences, ultimately transforming how teams find and use information.
