You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a tech-focused environment where you've successfully led product strategy and execution. Your expertise includes defining product vision and roadmaps that align with business goals, ensuring that user needs are met through innovative solutions. You are skilled in data analytics, allowing you to independently query and analyze data to inform product direction and drive business results. Your ability to influence without authority and mentor other product managers showcases your leadership qualities within a high-performing product organization. You understand the importance of customer insights and are adept at conducting primary research to identify the needs of various customer segments. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful features.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-growing startup or tech company is a plus, as is familiarity with document management or collaboration tools. A background in user research and A/B testing will further enhance your ability to make data-driven decisions that improve user experience.
What you'll do
As the Senior Product Manager for DocSend, you will define and evangelize the long-term product vision and strategy, balancing foundational improvements with new feature delivery to maximize user value. You will own complex, multi-quarter initiatives from start to finish, defining product specifications and success metrics while driving cross-business execution. Your role will involve navigating challenges during execution to ensure successful delivery of product features. You will collaborate with a dedicated engineering squad, leveraging your insights to build new capabilities that expand DocSend's total addressable market. You will also be responsible for identifying new customer segments and developing go-to-market strategies to reach them effectively. Your strong data analytics skills will be crucial in identifying problems, developing solutions, and estimating the impact of your initiatives.
