You have a proven track record in strategic sourcing, with experience in managing indirect spend categories, particularly in GTM areas such as Sales, Marketing, and Communications. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights sets you apart, allowing you to make informed decisions that align with Dropbox's financial and operational goals.
You excel in building high-trust relationships across various business functions, especially with senior leaders. Your emotional intelligence and advanced communication skills enable you to navigate complex discussions and influence outcomes effectively. You thrive in ambiguous situations, synthesizing diverse inputs to bring clarity to strategic decisions.
Desirable
Experience with procurement tools such as Globality and ServiceNow is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics platforms like Oracle Analytics Cloud and Tableau. Your versatility as a Business Athlete allows you to adapt to different challenges and creatively solve problems throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
