Who you are
You have over 5 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end sourcing projects, particularly in indirect categories such as Marketing. Your expertise in overseeing the RFx process, from requirements gathering to supplier evaluation and negotiation, sets you apart. You are adept at tracking project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives while providing comprehensive updates to leadership. Your analytical skills allow you to assess market trends and supplier spend data, identifying opportunities for value creation and operational efficiency. You are also committed to fostering a collaborative environment, providing hands-on training and guidance to internal team members to enhance their capabilities in co-leading sourcing projects.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and support sourcing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with stakeholder objectives. You will oversee all aspects of the RFx process, including requirements gathering, bid execution, supplier evaluation, and negotiation of commercial terms. Your responsibilities will include tracking project timelines and deliverables, providing updates and comprehensive reporting to leadership and stakeholders. You will support the execution of strategic sourcing initiatives and programs as defined by leadership, while also analyzing market trends and supplier spend data to identify opportunities for value creation. Additionally, you will provide hands-on training and guidance to internal team members, enabling them to co-lead sourcing projects and enhance their skills.
