What you'll do

As an Operations Specialist in the Middle Office, you will provide dedicated support to DRW’s trading desks, focusing on reconciliation and profit-and-loss analysis. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring that all trading activities are accurately reflected in the financial records, which involves regular communication with traders and senior management. You will analyze PnL reports and assist in identifying discrepancies, working closely with both front and back office teams to resolve any issues that arise. Your role will also involve collaborating with risk management and technology teams to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

You will be expected to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, as you will be handling sensitive financial data. Your ability to work independently and deliver consistent results will be crucial to your success in this position.
