What you'll do

In your role as an Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support to trading desks on a daily basis. This includes investigating and resolving technical issues that may impact business operations, ensuring that trading activities run smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with technology teams to define technology requirements and implement solutions that meet the needs of the trading desks.

Your work will involve addressing critical problems that require immediate attention, as well as managing longer-term projects aimed at improving infrastructure and support processes. You will be expected to document issues and resolutions, contributing to a knowledge base that can be used by other team members in the future.

You will also participate in regular meetings with technology teams to discuss ongoing issues, project updates, and any new requirements that may arise. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively will be essential in ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
