What you'll do

As the Distributed Compute Technical Lead, you will architect and evolve DRW’s distributed compute platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of research, trading, and analytics workloads. You will define the technical direction for how teams build and scale their compute resources, making complex infrastructure approachable for all users. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of DRW's compute ecosystem. You will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the organization.
