Who you are
You have experience in customer operations or training, ideally within the travel industry — you understand the complexities of travel bookings and the importance of providing excellent customer service. You are adaptable and can work UK business hours with some flexibility on shift patterns, ensuring that you meet the needs of both the team and the customers. You are a strong communicator, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively to both customers and team members.
What you'll do
As a Travel Operations Trainer at Duffel, you will be responsible for training team members on handling various types of queries related to travel bookings. You will work closely with the Travel Ops team to ensure that all customer interactions are handled smoothly and efficiently, whether they involve voluntary changes requested by passengers or involuntary changes initiated by airlines. Your role will involve developing training materials and conducting sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
You will also play a key role in simplifying systems and processes within the travel operations, contributing to the overall mission of making travel effortless for customers.
