What you'll do
As the Senior Community Manager at Duolingo, you will be responsible for shaping the community function from the ground up — this includes defining best practices and creating a vision for a high-impact global community. You will lead daily engagement across community channels, ensuring that learners, moderators, and superfans feel valued and heard. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support, you will integrate the community's voice into the organization, driving initiatives that enhance user experience. Your role will involve experimenting with new ideas and measuring their impact, allowing you to refine strategies that foster joy and belonging among users. You will also be instrumental in developing community guidelines and ensuring that interactions align with Duolingo's mission of making education universally accessible.
