Your curiosity drives you to explore new marketing channels and techniques, ensuring that every pet parent has the best experience with Dutch. You understand the importance of testing and iterating on campaigns to achieve the best results, and you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to interpret data and make informed decisions — you can identify trends and insights that help shape marketing strategies. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to work closely with the Head of Lifecycle Marketing and other stakeholders to align on goals and objectives. You are passionate about pet care and understand the unique needs of pet parents, which helps you create relevant and engaging content.
What you'll do
In this role, you'll be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs across various channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications. You'll work closely with the Head of Lifecycle Marketing to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention from day one. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing campaigns that resonate with pet parents.
You'll test different messaging and creative approaches to see what works best, continuously iterating on your campaigns based on performance metrics. Collaborating with the product and design teams, you'll ensure that the customer experience is seamless and enjoyable. You'll also be involved in reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
