Who you are
You have 2-5 years of experience in trade compliance, demonstrating a solid understanding of international trade regulations and customs compliance. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills in English enable you to interact effectively with government officials and trade professionals. You possess strong research and analysis skills, allowing you to monitor and update regulatory information efficiently. Your computer skills are robust, ensuring you can navigate various software tools effectively. You are detail-oriented and committed to meeting customer expectations on timeliness and quality.
What you'll do
In this role, you will master the Global Knowledgeยฎ update process for Trade Content assigned to you, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. You will monitor restricted parties data for various countries, analyzing and updating this information in the e2open GTM software suite. Your responsibilities will include interacting with government officials and a network of trade professionals to gather necessary information. You will work closely with Team Leaders to meet or exceed customer expectations, adhering to quality management standards set forth by ISO 9001:2015 certification. Additionally, you will carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
