Who you are

You have 2.6 to 4 years of experience working with Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS) and Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN). Your detailed knowledge of global trade regulations and duty/tax rates for various products sets you apart. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling you to effectively interact with government officials and trade professionals. You are proactive in monitoring and keeping abreast of trade and customs compliance regulations across different countries, ensuring that your knowledge is always up to date.

You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work. You understand the importance of meeting customer expectations on timeliness, quality, and completeness of assigned projects. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Team Leaders and Managers to follow quality management standards set forth by ISO 9001:2015 certification. You are also adaptable and willing to carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management, showcasing your flexibility and dedication to the team's success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will master the Global Knowledge® update process for Trade Content assigned to you, ensuring that all information is accurate and current. You will analyze and update regulatory information in Amber Road proprietary software, playing a crucial role in maintaining compliance. Your responsibilities will include interacting with government officials and a network of trade professionals to obtain essential trade and customs-related information. You will be expected to meet or exceed customer expectations by delivering projects on time and to the highest quality standards.

You will also be responsible for monitoring trade and customs compliance regulations for various countries, which will require you to stay informed about changes in legislation and practices. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you assess the impact of these regulations on the company's operations. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that all trade-related processes are efficient and effective, contributing to the overall success of E2Open's supply chain platform.
