Who you are

You have 2-5 years of trade compliance experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of international trade regulations and customs compliance. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills in English enable you to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including government officials and trade professionals. You possess strong research and analysis skills, allowing you to monitor and keep abreast of restricted parties data across different countries. Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel supports your ability to analyze and update regulatory information efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Trade Specialist at E2Open, you will master the Global Knowledge® update process for Trade Content assigned to you. You will be responsible for monitoring restricted parties data and analyzing regulatory information within the e2open GTM software suite. Your role will involve interacting with government officials and a network of trade professionals to obtain relevant information. You will work closely with Team Leaders to meet or exceed customer expectations regarding the timeliness, quality, and completeness of assigned projects, adhering to the quality management standards set forth by ISO 9001:2015 certification. Additionally, you will carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
