Who you are
You have 2-5 years of experience in Trade Compliance, demonstrating a solid understanding of international trade regulations and customs compliance. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills in English enable you to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including government officials and trade professionals. You possess strong research and analysis skills, allowing you to monitor and keep abreast of restricted parties data across different countries. Your computer skills are robust, enabling you to navigate the e2open GTM software suite efficiently.

A Bachelor’s Degree is essential for this role, and familiarity with regulatory information will be beneficial. You are detail-oriented and committed to meeting or exceeding customer expectations on timeliness, quality, and completeness of assigned projects. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by management, showcasing your flexibility and adaptability.
What you'll do
As a Trade Specialist at E2Open, you will master the Global Knowledge® update process for Trade Content assigned to you. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and update regulatory information within the e2open GTM software suite. You will monitor restricted parties data for various countries, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Interacting with government officials and a network of trade professionals will be a key part of your role, as you gather necessary information related to restricted parties.
You will work closely with Team Leaders to ensure that all projects adhere to the quality management standards set forth by ISO 9001:2015 certification. Your ability to meet or exceed customer expectations will be crucial, as you will be responsible for delivering projects on time and with high quality. Additionally, you will carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
