What you'll do

As the Director of Engineering for the Eval Platform, you will lead a team responsible for the simulation and evaluation infrastructure that underpins Nuro's autonomy development. You will define the technical vision and execution strategy for the platform, ensuring it meets the rigorous demands of safety and performance validation. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data, simulation, metrics, and analysis workflows into a coherent system that enhances autonomy performance.

You will be responsible for setting the organizational structure of your team, ensuring that it is equipped to handle the complexities of developing and validating autonomous systems.
