You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the education sector or technology startups. You understand the importance of building relationships and can effectively communicate the value of innovative solutions to school districts. Your ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks ensures that you meet and exceed revenue goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with travel, as this role requires up to 50% fieldwork.
You are results-driven and have a strong focus on net new logo acquisition. You enjoy the challenge of generating new business and are skilled at strategic outreach efforts. Your organizational skills allow you to maintain a clean and accurate pipeline of opportunities, ensuring that you are always prepared for meetings and follow-ups. You are passionate about making a difference in K-12 education and are excited about the potential impact of AI-driven solutions.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Edia, you will be responsible for achieving revenue goals while helping school districts unlock real outcomes for students. You will manage a portfolio of 100 target accounts, driving high activity and strategic outreach to generate new meetings. Your goal is to secure 2 net new meetings per week and maintain a pipeline of 10-20 active opportunities each quarter. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that the solutions you offer align with the needs of the districts you serve.
You will play a key role in shaping the trajectory of a high-growth company, influencing how schools across the country deliver education. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of Edia's mission to provide every child with an exceptional experience in school. You will also participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
