Humaans is hiring a Head of Finance & Operations to drive financial strategy and operational excellence. You'll partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape the company's trajectory. This role requires strong operational and financial acumen.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in finance and operations, ideally within a tech or startup environment — your experience includes setting financial strategies and driving operational excellence. You thrive in dynamic settings and are comfortable navigating between spreadsheets and strategic decision-making. Your ability to partner with leadership teams and communicate effectively is key to your success. You understand the importance of compliance and legal resilience as companies scale, and you are adept at managing financial operations and processes. You are execution-driven and enjoy taking ownership of the numbers while also focusing on the systems and levers that shape a company's growth trajectory.
Desirable
Experience in HRIS or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with working in globally distributed organizations. A background in venture capital or working with investors can also be beneficial. You are someone who is excited about driving real impact and contributing to a human-centered company culture.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead all financial operations and processes at Humaans, ensuring that the company is well-positioned for growth across the UK, Europe, and the US. You will partner closely with the CEO and the leadership team to set the financial strategy and drive operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include investor reporting, developing pricing strategies for enterprise deals, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will take ownership of financial metrics and work to reduce administrative burdens while enhancing the employee experience. Your role will be central to how Humaans builds and scales, and you will be expected to make decisions that have a significant impact on the company's trajectory.
