What you'll do

In this role, you will create technical courses that engage learners through interactive content and hands-on programming assignments. You will research and plan course material, ensuring that it meets the needs of engineering audiences. Your responsibilities will include reviewing courses created by others, providing feedback, and ensuring adherence to Educative's standards for quality. You will monitor technical developments to keep the course content relevant and responsive to learner needs.

You will develop expertise on the Educative platform, which will allow you to effectively create courses and guide authors in utilizing platform features. You may also recommend product features and enhancements, following through with prioritization, design, and implementation. Additionally, you will contribute to team development activities, helping to recruit and mentor new team members while leading training sessions to foster a collaborative learning environment.
