Your recommendations for product features and enhancements are based on a deep understanding of user needs and platform capabilities. You are also committed to developing your people management skills, contributing to team development activities such as recruiting, mentoring new team members, and leading training sessions.

What you'll do

You will review courses created by others, providing constructive feedback to ensure adherence to Educative's standards for quality and engagement. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to develop content that meets the needs of engineering audiences. Your role will also involve monitoring industry trends and technical developments to inform course strategy and content updates.

You will develop a strong understanding of the Educative platform's capabilities, enabling you to guide authors in effectively utilizing its features. You will play a key role in recommending product enhancements based on user feedback and your insights into course effectiveness. Additionally, you will contribute to team-building efforts by participating in recruiting activities and mentoring new hires, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
