Who you are
You are a highly collaborative and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in resource management and staffing. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you thrive in fast-moving consulting environments and enjoy bringing structure and clarity to complex decisions. Your expertise in platforms like Salesforce and Google Cloud enables you to effectively manage staffing requests and consultant availability.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to liaise effectively between Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Talent Acquisition teams. You are adept at workforce planning and talent deployment, ensuring that the right people are assigned to the right projects at the right time. Your analytical mindset helps you identify gaps between demand and supply, enabling proactive staffing solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and operate the end-to-end staffing function across Egen's global delivery teams. You will manage open staffing requests and maintain real-time visibility into consultant availability and utilization. By collaborating closely with the People team, you will support Practice Leaders in making informed workforce planning and talent deployment decisions.
You will proactively identify staffing needs and partner with the Talent Acquisition team to prioritize new requisitions when existing talent cannot meet demand. Your strategic and hands-on approach will help you navigate the complexities of staffing in a consulting environment, ensuring that Egen continues to deliver exceptional results for its clients.
