Elastic is hiring a Senior Specialist SDR Enablement to architect the learning journey for their AMER Sales Development organization. You'll focus on onboarding excellence and enablement delivery to enhance the skills of existing SDRs. This role requires strong collaboration with SDR leadership.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales development and enablement, with a focus on creating impactful onboarding experiences for new hires. Your experience includes developing training programs that enhance the skills of existing sales teams, ensuring they are equipped to meet their targets effectively. You understand the importance of aligning enablement strategies with sales goals and have a knack for fostering collaboration among team members.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Your ability to analyze performance metrics enables you to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive results. You are passionate about continuous learning and development, always seeking new ways to enhance the capabilities of your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience that takes new SDRs from "Day 1" to "First Meeting Booked" with speed and confidence. You will create and deploy SDR-specific enablement programs that focus on territory planning, prospecting, messaging, and outreach. Your mission is to standardize the SDR Enablement Rhythm and drive high-velocity pipeline generation through a combination of high-impact onboarding and ongoing training initiatives.

You will partner closely with SDR leadership to ensure alignment on goals and objectives, providing insights and recommendations based on performance data. Your role will involve continuous improvement of existing programs, leveraging feedback from SDRs to refine and enhance training materials. You will also be responsible for developing readiness certifications that empower SDRs to perform at their best.
