Who you are

You have experience in outbound sales and are eager to build pipeline from scratch — you thrive on the challenge of connecting with enterprise brands and creating real value through meaningful conversations. You understand the importance of targeting the right stakeholders in marketing departments of B2C companies and are skilled at using tools like Sales Navigator and Apollo to refine your approach. You are motivated by the fast-paced nature of the creator economy and are ready to make your mark in this exciting field.

You possess strong communication skills and can engage potential clients through various channels, including calls, LinkedIn, personalized emails, and Loom videos — your ability to spark genuine conversations sets you apart. You are detail-oriented and enjoy researching to create targeted lists that align with the ideal customer profile (ICP) of the brands you are reaching out to. You are a team player who is excited to support the sales team in achieving their goals and driving growth for the company.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise SDR at Kyra, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy — your primary responsibility will be to drive pipeline with enterprise brands that fit our ICP. You will create and refine targeted brand lists and budget-holding contacts using Sales Navigator and Apollo, ensuring that your outreach is both strategic and effective. Your outbound motion will involve running multi-channel touches each day, including calls, LinkedIn messages, personalized emails, and Loom videos, all aimed at starting genuine conversations with potential clients.

You will collaborate closely with the sales team to set them up for success, ensuring that the leads you generate are high-quality and aligned with the company's goals. You will be responsible for tracking your outreach efforts and analyzing the effectiveness of your strategies, making adjustments as necessary to improve results. Your role will also involve staying informed about industry trends and the creator economy, allowing you to engage in meaningful discussions with potential clients about how Kyra can help them achieve their marketing objectives.
