Overview

Everbridge is hiring a Sales Enablement Senior Manager to drive improvements in sales execution across go-to-market teams. This role focuses on operationalizing enablement through programs and systems that enhance sales effectiveness.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales enablement and a proven track record of driving measurable improvements in sales execution. You thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment and are excited about operationalizing enablement to make sellers and managers more effective. Your experience includes building and scaling programs, workflows, and systems that enhance sales performance. You are adept at leveraging sales technology and structured learning experiences to improve sales velocity and execution consistency across the funnel.

You possess excellent collaboration skills and can partner effectively with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and other subject matter experts. You understand the importance of aligning enablement initiatives with business objectives and are skilled at communicating the value of these programs to stakeholders. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess the impact of enablement efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of sales enablement programs that drive performance improvements across the organization. You will work closely with various teams to identify gaps in sales execution and develop targeted training and resources to address these needs. Your responsibilities will include creating structured learning experiences that equip sellers with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. You will also operationalize enablement by building workflows and systems that streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.

You will analyze sales performance data to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborating with Sales Leadership, you will ensure that enablement programs align with sales strategies and objectives. You will also be responsible for communicating the impact of these programs to stakeholders and advocating for the resources needed to support ongoing enablement efforts.
