What you'll do

As a Solution Business Analyst at Eleks, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements for a Human Resources System funded by the US Government. You will collaborate with various Ministries to understand their needs and ensure that the system meets their requirements. Your role will involve conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating workshops, and documenting processes to create a comprehensive understanding of the project scope.

You will work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that the final product aligns with user expectations. Your insights will guide the project from inception to implementation, and you will play a key role in testing and validating the system before deployment. Additionally, you may be required to travel to Iraq to engage directly with stakeholders and support the project's success.
