Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of enterprise Business Development Representative experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or technical categories — you understand the nuances of engaging with senior stakeholders and have a proven track record of booking meetings with Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 organizations. Your strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders sets you apart, and you possess excellent written and verbal communication skills that resonate with executive-level presence. You thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments and are comfortable leveraging modern prospecting and sales development tools, demonstrating strong outbound systems thinking.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own outbound prospecting, defining a set of target enterprise accounts and identifying, engaging, and qualifying Directors, VPs, and C-level decision-makers. You will develop account entry strategies and multi-thread across buying committees, driving prospects from cold outreach through qualification to booked Sales Qualified Meetings. Partnering closely with Account Executives, you will ensure a strong handoff and pipeline conversion, contributing to outbound playbooks, messaging, and processes as the team scales. Your efforts will be pivotal in building a repeatable enterprise pipeline generation that aligns with Ema's go-to-market strategy.
