You have a proven track record in managing the delivery of AI solutions, with a focus on production and scale — your experience goes beyond pilots, ensuring accountability and reliability in AI implementations. You possess familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, and have a solid understanding of APIs and enterprise integrations. Your background in fast-growing startups or enterprise platform companies has equipped you with the technical and delivery judgment necessary to stabilize systems post go-live under real pressure.

You are not just a project manager; you are the technical anchor during implementation, collaborating closely with Value Engineering, Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and customer IT and business teams. Your expertise in production-grade AI delivery sets the bar for how agentic AI is implemented responsibly and effectively. You thrive in environments where you can help enterprises transition from manual operations to reliable AI systems that deliver measurable outcomes.

Desirable

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and a strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms will be advantageous. Familiarity with multi-agent systems and their integration into business processes is a plus. What you'll do

As the AI Implementation Manager, you will own the delivery and stabilization of Ema’s agentic AI solutions from commitment through production rollout and steady state. You will lead the technical aspects of the implementation, ensuring that the solutions are integrated seamlessly into customer environments. Your role will involve working closely with various teams to ensure that the AI systems are not only functional but also optimized for performance and reliability.

You will be responsible for setting the standards for AI delivery in production, proving that AI systems can be implemented responsibly and effectively. Your leadership will guide the team in navigating challenges during the implementation phase, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. You will also play a key role in post-implementation support, helping to stabilize systems and address any issues that arise under real-world conditions.
