What you'll do

As the Principal Architect at Ema, you will own the technical roadmap for the Search platform — this includes designing and scaling the core systems that power Ema’s AI solutions. You will lead the integration of various internal applications and partner teams, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Your role will involve setting the strategic direction for the Data Ingestion Platform, which is crucial for securely ingesting and transforming data from diverse sources such as documents, spreadsheets, and SaaS systems.

You will also be responsible for developing the Application Integration Platform, connecting Ema to numerous third-party APIs to enhance the capabilities of our agents across various platforms. Your leadership will be vital in shaping the architecture of the Search platform, enabling structured and efficient document workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, driving the execution of ambitious goals and measuring success through real-world impact.
