What you'll do
In this role, you will support and continuously improve Emburse's global employee benefits programs. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including HR, Payroll, and Finance, to ensure that the benefits offered are competitive and meet the needs of employees. Your responsibilities will include analyzing current benefits programs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes that enhance the employee experience. You will also work with external vendors to ensure that the benefits administration process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your role will involve gathering feedback from employees to assess the effectiveness of benefits programs and making recommendations based on this feedback.
