What you'll do

As a Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and administration of ABBYY’s global compensation and benefits programs. This includes conducting compensation analysis, evaluating program effectiveness, and providing operational support to ensure that compensation practices are competitive and meaningful for employees across various regions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights that inform compensation strategies — your role will involve analyzing market trends and benchmarking data to ensure that ABBYY remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent. You will also assist in the development of reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
