Who you are
You have a strong analytical capability and experience in supporting compensation and benefits programs β you understand the importance of data-driven recommendations and market analysis in shaping competitive compensation practices. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure alignment with the organizationβs pay and benefits philosophy.
You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills β you can effectively coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate the administration of compensation and benefits programs. Your ability to analyze data and provide insights will help inform strategic decisions that impact employee satisfaction and retention.
What you'll do
As a Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and administration of ABBYYβs global compensation and benefits programs. This includes conducting compensation analysis, evaluating program effectiveness, and providing operational support to ensure that compensation practices are competitive and meaningful for employees across various regions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights that inform compensation strategies β your role will involve analyzing market trends and benchmarking data to ensure that ABBYY remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent. You will also assist in the development of reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
