What you'll do

In this role, you will support and enhance Emburse's global employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards. You will collaborate with various departments, including HR and Finance, to streamline benefits administration processes and improve operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include analyzing benefits data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for program enhancements.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies, working closely with external vendors to manage benefits offerings effectively. Your role will involve conducting regular audits of benefits programs to ensure accuracy and effectiveness, as well as providing support to employees regarding their benefits inquiries. You will play a key role in fostering a positive employee experience by ensuring that benefits programs are accessible and well-communicated.
