Who you are

You have a strong analytical background and experience in compensation and benefits administration — you understand the importance of data-driven decision-making in shaping competitive compensation practices. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure alignment in compensation strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders allows you to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.

You are detail-oriented and possess a keen understanding of market analysis — you can evaluate compensation programs and make recommendations that reflect the organization's pay philosophy. Your experience in working with external vendors and managing relationships contributes to the successful execution of compensation and benefits initiatives. You are committed to fostering a culture of respect, transparency, and simplicity in your work.

Desirable

Experience with global compensation practices and familiarity with benefits administration is a plus. Knowledge of HR analytics tools and software will enhance your ability to perform in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning new methodologies that can improve compensation strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and administration of ABBYY’s global compensation and benefits programs. You will conduct compensation analysis and program evaluations to ensure that practices are competitive and meaningful for employees across regions. Your analytical skills will be crucial in providing data-driven recommendations that inform the organization’s pay and benefits philosophy.

You will collaborate with various teams, including Talent Acquisition and People Operations, to align compensation strategies with organizational goals. Your role will involve operational coordination, ensuring that compensation and benefits practices are consistently applied across the organization. You will also be tasked with preparing reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
