What you'll do

In this role, you will lead one of Emplifi's key Engineering Pods, guiding the team through a transition to an AI-Native operational model. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that strategic initiatives move swiftly from exploration to production, avoiding the pitfalls of endless proofs of concept. You will work closely with a dedicated group of domain experts, including a Portfolio/FinOps Lead and Quality Engineering Lead, to drive projects forward and deliver tangible results.

You will champion the AI mindset within the organization, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration. Your leadership will be crucial in aligning engineering efforts with business objectives, ensuring that the teams not only build technology but also deliver real value through their work. You will be the driving force behind strategic initiatives, helping to eliminate barriers and facilitate progress across departments.
