What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Entrata, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers are successfully utilizing the Entrata platform. You will develop strong relationships with your customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and partnering with other departments to address them. Your role will involve managing multiple projects that impact customers, ensuring they are completed on time and to the customers' satisfaction. You will also be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing training and support to help them get the most out of the Entrata platform. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer retention and satisfaction, making you a key player in the company's success.
