What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and scaling Entrata's India-based operational teams, including Utility Operations, Professional Services, Implementation, Support, and Marketing Services. You will work closely with the Managing Director and collaborate with leadership teams in both India and the US to ensure seamless operations. Your primary focus will be on managing existing shared service teams while strategically expanding operations to encompass additional functions.

You will optimize processes for cost efficiency and operational excellence, ensuring that the teams are equipped to deliver high-quality service to property owners, managers, and residents. Your role will involve setting performance metrics, monitoring team progress, and implementing best practices to enhance service delivery. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
