What you'll do
As a Talent Sourcer at Entrata, you will play a crucial role in building a strong talent pipeline for our Engineering teams. You will collaborate closely with Technical Talent Partners to understand the specific needs of the engineering roles and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Your responsibilities will include researching and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry conferences. You will engage with candidates to assess their fit for the roles and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of your strategies. By leveraging data and insights, you will continuously refine your approach to ensure we attract the best talent available. You will participate in team meetings to share insights and collaborate on improving our overall talent acquisition strategy.
